Place in fridge for 2ish hours or till fully set, transfer by pulling the parchment tabs and placing on cutting board.Sprinkle top with the remaining oat mixture to cover most of the chocolate then drizzle the last of the chocolate on top.Leave a small portion to drizzle on top later Pour chocolate mixture onto oat crust and carefully smooth.For the filling, in a microwave safe bowl, combine the pb and chips and heat for 30 second intervals, stiring in between, until fully melted and smooth.Pour oat mixture into prepared dish and press into bottom, reserving less than half of mixture for the top later.Mix for 3 to 4 minutes until oats are saturated and a little bit soft and have absorbed most of the butter, (there will be a little visible after you pull from the heat, this is fine) In a small sauce pan, melt your butter and brown sugar until the sugar is disolved.Line an 8in or 9in pan with parchment and set aside.Working quickly, pour dark chocolate fudge into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Pour hot mixture evenly over the chips in the bowls and stir each until melted and smooth. Continue cooking and stirring for 10 minutes. So easy, so good, you’ll be happy you did. Cook and stir over medium-high heat until boiling reduce heat to medium. What better way than to test out these Fudge Bars. Apparently, everyone and their mothers in Bend, Oregon wanted to bake during quarantine. But the fact that there was a shortage in the baking aisle. Not the actual virus, or venturing out into the germ filled public. I had a bit of a scare during this pandemic.
